A true Manhattanite, Elba Diaz was born and raised on the Upper West Side. She’s lived in Chelsea, the West Village, and East Village, where she resides today. Growing up in the borough gave Elba the opportunity to take in everything New York—the theatre, museums, live events, and the day-to-day multicultural experience unique to this city.
Although her roots are Caribbean, Manhattan is Elba’s home. It is where her heart lives, and where she puts her knowledge of New York to good use every day. For the past six years, she has used this knowledge in leasing residential and commercial properties completing countless sales transaction.
Prior to joining the Buchbinder & Warren family, Elba spent ten years working on Wall Street in the lightning fast world of finance. This experience equipped her with the survival instincts and analytical skills to navigate the equally demanding real estate industry.
Elba’s cheerful disposition and work ethic ensures an effortless and pleasant experience. She has proven Buchbinder & Warren co-founder Eugene Warren’s maxim that “relationships are what truly matter in life.” Her clients are always satisfied, and provide her with a steady flow of referrals.
Elba holds a bachelors degree in business administration from New York Institute of Technology, owns a condominium in Miami Beach, and enjoys cooking for her family and friends.
